What you keep:
- Tractor only: 67% of line-haul, plus 67% of accessorials (tarping, detention, stop charges)
- Tractor and trailer: 77% of line-haul, plus 77% of accessorials
- 100% of the fuel surcharge we bill the customer on every load — adjusted daily off YTC’s fleetwide fuel cost
What we cover so you don’t:
- Auto liability, general liability, and cargo insurance — at no cost to you
- All single-trip and annual blanket permits — at no cost
- Workers’ comp coverage available at YTC’s company rates
- Fuel on credit through YTC’s fuel card, at deeply discounted daily wholesale pricing
- Tires, chains, binders, and other equipment at discounted cost
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean record
- 3 years of OTR experience
- At least 24 years old
- Clean MVR — no DOT-recordable accidents in the last 12 months, no more than 1 moving violation in 6 months (3 in 36)
- No DUIs, failed tests, or disqualifying convictions in the past 10 years
