Yarbrough Transfer Company is seeking dedicated Company Drivers to join our elite team. As a Company Driver, you will play a crucial role in transporting heavy equipment, machinery, and various materials in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem/Charlotte North Carolina areas.
Pay and Benefits:
- $62,400 Annual Salary ($1,200 per week)
- $1,000 Orientation Pay Per Week ($200 per day) plus Hotel Option if needed
- 12 Days of Vacation/PTO (6 Month Waiting Period)

- Annual Bonus based on tenure – Less than 3 years $1,250, 3 years or more $2,000
- Weekly Per Diem of $80.00
- Annual Safety Bonus – $200 per quarter and additional $500 if all 4 quarters received

Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record.
- Be at least 24 years of age.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of over-the-road truck driving experience.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with occasional layovers as needed.
- Have no preventable and/or DOT-recordable commercial vehicle accidents within the prior 12 months.
- Have no more than one moving violation within the previous six months and no more than three moving violations in the past 36 months.
- Have no DUIs, positive drug tests, felonies or fraud or character-related criminal convictions within the past 10 years.
- Meet or exceed the criteria of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations regarding medical certification and drug and alcohol testing, including, without limitation, that all drivers must be able to obtain a minimum 1 year DOT medical certificate from YTC’s approved doctor (medical cards from independent doctors will not be accepted).

CDL-A Heavy Haul Driver — Home Nearly Every Weekend | Guaranteed $1,700 weekly minimum

What you’ll haul: Oversize/overweight equipment, machinery, and industrial freight on double drop, single drop, and RGN trailers — up to 13-axle, 150,000 lb loads across the Southeast.
Pay: 28% of Line Haul with a guaranteed $1,700 weekly minimum
