CDL-A Heavy Haul Driver — Home Nearly Every Weekend | Guaranteed $1,700 weekly minimum
We are looking for experienced Class A heavy-haul truck drivers to move oversized/overweight equipment, machinery, industrial freight, tanks, cranes, and more across the Southeast on RGN, step-deck, double-drop, and multi-axle trailers.
Keep the specialized pay and get your weekends back home – not parked at a truck stop two weeks at a stretch.. YTC drivers are home more than 95% of weekends – and you can take your truck home with you.

Pay:
- 28% of Line Haul with a guaranteed $1,700 weekly minimum
- $1,000/week orientation pay ($200/day) while you train, plus a hotel option
- $80/week per diem
- $125 quarterly equipment reimbursement, safety bonus up to $450/quarter, and end-of-year bonus based on tenure

What we require:
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean record
- TWIC Card Required or TWIC Eligible
- 3 years of OTR experience
- Manual Transmission Required
- At least 24 years old
- Clean MVR – no DOT-recordable accidents in the last 12 months, no more than 1 moving violation in 6 months (3 in 36)
- No DUIs, failed tests, or disqualifying convictions in the past 10 years
